About Rowlands Digital Works
A technical partner who understands the business behind the website.
I’m Casey Rowlands, a full-stack developer and the founder of Rowlands Digital Works, an independent technical partner based in Central Florida. I help growing service businesses build better websites, connect the systems behind them, and solve technical problems without the layers of a traditional agency.
Clients work directly with me from the first conversation through development, launch, and ongoing support.

Why Rowlands Digital Works
Good development starts with understanding the problem.
Before starting Rowlands Digital Works, I spent years working directly inside the systems businesses depend on every day: websites, content platforms, analytics, APIs, and the infrastructure connecting them.
That experience changed the way I think about the digital process.
A website rarely exists by itself. It connects to marketing campaigns, scheduling platforms, forms, CRMs, analytics, internal processes, and the people responsible for keeping all of it running. The best solution isn’t always a new website or the newest technology. Sometimes it’s a better customer journey. Sometimes it’s fixing an integration. Sometimes it’s simplifying a process that has become unnecessarily complicated.
My background goes beyond designing and coding individual pages. I’ve been responsible for systems that had to stay available, integrate with third-party platforms, support marketing teams and business users, handle frequent releases, and keep working long after launch.
I started Rowlands Digital Works to bring that same hands-on technical partnership to independent practices and growing businesses—combining web development, integrations, analytics, and ongoing support without the layers of a traditional agency.

The goal isn’t to build more technology. It’s to build the right technology for the problem.
How I Think About the Work
A few principles shape every project.
Understand before building
Learn how the business operates, what the customer is trying to accomplish, and where the real friction is before recommending any technology.
Solve the business problem
Choose tools and architecture because they fit the problem, not because they’re new or fashionable.
Own what you ship
Performance, accessibility, analytics, deployment, maintainability, and reliability are part of development, not someone else’s problem after launch.
Stay accessible
A technical partner is far more useful when you can actually reach them. Communication doesn’t disappear once a project launches.
Who You’re Working With
The person making the decisions is the person doing the work.
Rowlands Digital Works is intentionally small.
When we discuss your website or technical problem, you’re talking directly with the person who will evaluate it, recommend the approach, build the solution, and support it afterward.
That means fewer handoffs, clearer communication, and someone involved in the project who understands why the decisions were made.

Chiropractic Experience
An industry I know especially well.
I know the chiropractic space.
A large part of my professional background has been spent supporting chiropractic businesses and the technology behind them. I’ve worked with clinic websites, booking and intake systems, analytics, marketing integrations, multi-location content, and the day-to-day requests that come from doctors and their teams.
That experience gives me context that a general web developer often has to learn from scratch. I understand that a chiropractic website isn’t just a brochure—it needs to help prospective patients understand the practice, find the right location or service, book an appointment, and move smoothly into the systems your team already uses.

Fractional Technical Partnership
Need technical expertise, but not another full-time hire?
Not every business needs a full-time technical hire or a large agency. I work with businesses as a fractional technical partner, providing ongoing help across their website, integrations, digital tools, and the technical problems that come up along the way.
When something needs to be improved, connected, investigated, or built, you have someone who already understands your business and can take ownership of figuring it out.
It isn’t only for new websites. It works best when you already have a site, a CMS, booking, analytics, and marketing tools, and need someone who understands how they fit together.
Improve and build
Website improvements, new features, landing pages, integrations, performance work, and hands-on development when something needs to be built.
Own the technical details
Oversight of the website, CMS, analytics, hosting, integrations, vendors, and the technical systems around the business.
Support the team
Work directly with marketing, operations, leadership, or outside partners to evaluate technical needs and move projects forward.

Let’s Work Together
Have a website or digital problem worth solving?
You don’t need to know exactly what the technical solution should be before reaching out. Tell me what you’re trying to improve, and I’ll help determine the most practical next step.
No sales team. No account-manager handoff. You’ll hear directly from Casey.
